Actually Vinayak has sold out his Durgam Cheruvu view 4-bed-room flat in Jubilee Hills to young heroSandeep Kishan. This is revealed by the young hero himself the other day, as he felt excited about this flat that has floating lawn, mini bar and many other luxurious facilities. Sandeep said, “Actually my uncle used to own this flat earlier. They have sold it to Vinayak garu. And now, I’ve brought it back from Vinayak garu”.
Sandeep’s commercial graph seems to be going well despite having commercial success at box office.
